cliffy i read your blog and i agree. i tried to answer to you on your blog but as usual i couldn't get in. you took the words right out of my mouth. i am glad to provide a forum for people as well as myself but it is frustrating that we have so much that needs to be addressed and not a lot of participation. I know sometimes we wish somebody else will do what needs to be done and we can cheer from the sidelines but these times require many peoples participation. being silent plays right into the hands of the ones who will sell your right to the life you envision right out from under you if you're not vigilant and strong. a couple individuals CAN NOT carry the load for everyone.
i have something to say about the recall petition that is going around on kathy connolly. i did start one myself a while ago i admit. since that time i have realized that we need someone like her to do what she does best. i did not agree with everything she's done that is for sure. butting in on legitimate businesses, holding up old english square, and stuff i'm sure i don't even know about are not productive in my opinion.... holding the other selectmen and the proponents of the trash transfer stations feet to the fire is exactly what i want her to do. thank God we have at least one person on that side of the table watching out for us. we should be joining her in demanding to know things like when are we going to see an RFP going out to all companies interested in giving us prices on using that site.? if we want a trash trasnfer station and we know the current company will be flipping it to BFI why are we not going directly to BFI ourselves? lets stop beating around the bush shall we>? the man who owns the building that mass waste currently rents on centre st is mr komito from randolph. he also owns the land BFI has being running their operation out of for years. how much of a stretch do you think it is that BFI will be the benficiary of this small town ridiculous excuse for a lease that we have not seen yet? WAKE UP ! by the way don't bother saying i'm crazy. do a little research first and then tell me i'm wrong. i don't know the link to the registry of deeds just now off the top of my head but i'm sure someone will make it available here or elsewhere. at least i hope they will.

I. BFI has was sold over 10 years ago to Allied Waste. 2. Mr Kmito father sold land to BFI in 1972. Get your facts staight.

explain something to us all. if you click on history under "About Me" on your website. then click on the name LENORE (the nickname that was posted on the apology to you) please explain why the nickname LENORE is now PUBLIC INTEREST also if you click on RIGHTON you will get PUBLIC INTEREST. Are you saying the person you apologised to you was not Lenore??????????????
What realy concerns me is if someone can intercept an email that was sent and deleted that could mean that someone installed a data miner program on a government computer system and is now somehow getting into the building after hours to retrieve confidential information unless of course they have an outside link to the system.
Is anyone investigating! Do the unions in town that we are negotiating with know the administation's position in advance! Could the town be losing money because god forbid if someone in the highway fire or police dept has an inside play on this !!!!
