Wake Up Holbrook

It seems our neighbors are not at all happy with the idea of trash trucks coming through their areas to get to the transfer station. Too bad you say?? Not so fast!  Their elected officials are right in step with them. Especially in Braintree they will not let the trucks use South St (or our Center St). What will that mean for Holbrook? It means that the trucks you thought would be hidden from view and from smell will go right down No Franklin St, take a right on Union and head on down to the tracks. If the Randolph opponents are successful then the trucks won't come from So Main St to the Lynwood and around the corner to the industrial park like they planned, oh no they will go down the length of South St, over the tracks and then around the corner as planned before.
I am sure that some people voted for the transfer station because they thought they wouldn't be impacted by it. I wonder if this will make you think twice. Have you ridden behind a trash truck lately? With the windows open? By the way who can guess what the latest contract for solid waste was? ( a hint on this one; it was no where near $1.5 mill)

Holbrookbill it is not just that 1 person that does not agree with you it is the overwhelming member of this community. You attack people who disagree with your opinion. The BHRC blog attacks the Con Com Board even before the meeting starts. Their website violates copyright laws that protect newspaper like the Sun and The Emptyprise by copying the news article instead of redirecting them to the online paper. The online paper sells ads and that keeps people employed and covering this story. But who cares about copyright and intellectually property writes of the authors.

Some people should have sold their land to Mullins or let the foreclosure happen, other should not have bought houses where the railroad is or next to an industrial park. Who pays for the websites? Are they taking money from SEMASS, a company that would have to compete and lower costs and maybe improved the building in Braintree.

Why does they online petition have no names on it. 140 + people and none of them have the stones to use their names. The blog uses copy protect images and they get away with that. The first amendment gives you free speech but not use copy someone else's free speech.

How about Holbrook residents form their own PIP to watch what the BHRC is doing?

Where these same residents made at Amtrak and the MBTA for returning the rail service? Those trains are diesel too and how many people have been killed there by commuter rail trains? At least 2.

We have no sympathy for you because you bought homes in areas that had the potential of having these things. If this project fails I hope an adult entertainment club goes in.

Out of curiosity does Braintree, Holbrook and Randolph have police that can pull over a speeding truck and write a situation for speeding? South St nd Union St should hope that trucks go speeding by that will offset their taxes too.

You clearly have no regard for democracy your obviously lost the vote, and no are made at those who support the project.
